It has a cast resin hand-painted base with a painted stiff wire for the antenna. If you're missing an antenna, this would be a nice replacement for you. It's large enough to install a flag or leave it as is. Check all pictures for condition issues like imperfect paint, casting flaws, etc. before you click "BUY" please.
