It has a cast resin hand-painted base with a painted stiff wire for the antenna. If you're missing an antenna, this would be a nice replacement for you. It's large enough to install a flag or leave it as is. Check all pictures for condition issues like imperfect paint, casting flaws, etc. before you click "BUY" please. Remember I have three days to ship not including weekends. Usually I don't have one ready to go and have to make it during that 3 days. Your patience is appreciated by me.
