This eBay listing is for a used/vintage Traxxas speedboat that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. I don't know a ton about R/C vehicles but this one looks to be complete MINUS the battery and remote control unit. Because there is no battery and/or remote, I'm unable to test this out - sorry!!
