Used, functions great. I do have and will include the stock mechanical speed control. Transmitter is just a cheap 2.4ghz, nothing special. This is a USED boat that is nearing 40 years old, it's not perfect, but runs well on a 2s lipo (not included). I will get some more closeup pictures soon. Sold AS-IS
