Very very nice plane it’s new I just got it a couple months ago all’s t return it looking to sell for vacation money. I did install a battery and bind it up taxied it around a bit I could t get out to the field To fly her yet. So in that aspect it is new. However it has Ben bound up and tested so your deduction on new or not. To me I consider it new it’s never flown. I only taxied around the house with it lol
