1990s heng long tank as seen good condition. I ran a test on it with one om my rc batteries and it worked. It does not have original battery but it wouldnt work anyway most likely. They sell them on amazon 2 batteries with chargers for 30 free ship. These sold for 119 new 25 years ago.
