Well, we're not Amazon - nor are we Target or Walmart. Therefore, we couldn't disagree more with this policy. We don't have the bandwidth nor desire to deal with cancellations. We can fix this but need to do it on a case-by-case basis (we don't always know when it doesn't show up).
