It is new open box and has never seen water. It is brushed. Comes with battery and charger, but due to its age, I doubt the battery is still good. This is a collectable boat. The rear hatch hold down is cracked from age. When researching this boat, ever single one that was for sale or sold also had this issue. It's really a moot point since we all tape the canopy on when running them to ensure no water gets in as well as the canopy doesn't fly off and sink.
