I was able to test using a battery i had from an RC car. This does NOT come with a battery or charger. This is for boat and remote ONLY. There is some surface damage to top of cruiser including missing/broken guard rails. Broken horn on top. I believe there is also supposed to be a battery compartment door that keeps water out that is missing. See all pics for cosmetic issues. Overall in decent condition for age and being loose. Windshield free of major cracks. Works fine with charged battery. Both rotor and motor worked using remote. Selling as is, no returns. Any questions ask beforehand please.
