I bought this to keep but decided to sell it. I was told it belonged to the person's dad who passed. Supposedly it was never used. The one flap is sealed and the other has tape but tape hasnt been cut. It looks dusty but that could be from the rubber over the years. I am going to sell it as used but not sure it ever was. .sold as is.
