LiPo battery. There are only normal light scratches from previous use, mainly on the bottom chassis plate. The wheels spin freely, and the front steering moves smoothly by hand. The transmitter is included, but I cannot confirm whether it is the original transmitter for this buggy or if it is bound to the receiver.
