Kit is 100% complete and un-started. ALL parts, plans, instructions, decals, etc… are present and in perfect condition. Box has very minor shelf wear. Kit will be double boxed for shipping. Extra padding will be added to the kit itself to prevent shifting of parts for shipping. Insurance is also included.
