FREE SHIPPING!!! O4 Pro is not included or installed. I never opened the box when I figured out there is no VTX. The description led me to believe it did have a VTX. I had to pay tariffs before it left China and more tariffs and again to UPS when it got stateside. Over $80 in tariffs that I'm willing to eat if I can just get close what I paid for it, $300.00. ARF, you will need to install a VTX before using, it's set up for the 04 Pro so most any VTX will fit.
