The helicopter turns on, but the helicopter has not been bound to a controller and tested. It includes all of the parts pictured including the helicopter, charger and charger ac->dc cord, instruction manuals, and the pictured spare parts. Batteries are NOT included. I noticed two places on the helicopter are damaged. The 1st is that the helicopter’s battery connector has one if the horns broken off. The second is that one of the spars holding the plastic fuselage cover on is damaged, however it seems superficial, but use your best judgement. Otherwise the condition is as pictured and is the buyers responsibility to closely examine all pictures.
