Type: Shock Tower. All new shocks should be cleaned, reassembled, and may require RC-grade silicone shock oil before being used. Shocks need to be cycled so that the internal seals can conform to the shock shaft and body, during the initial break-in period shock may partially leak until the seals are seated correctly.
