Sold as is was in running condition but missing battery pack and controller. With some tinkering it will be up and running in no time hull in good shape. There is some Cosmetic wear see photos. Has a disconnected rubber tube coming out from the motor attached to the rudder which appears to need replacing Measures approximately 35 inches in length Shipping is accurate as the boat is 35 inches and measures 10 inches in width and height. A couple of extra inches adds cost but is accurate to what is needed to ensure aafety in shipping
